The automatic warehouse is one of the most efficient solutions in order to handle specific room requirements and to optimise operative flows.

Each solution must be considered in connection to the overall warehouse operativeness be it of finished products, inter-operative or linked to the production; it must also take into account the characteristics of the product to handle as well as the feeding frequency required. Each machine has specific features for a specific solution range. The type of machine to use is determined by two main characteristics: capacity and picking system. Both determine the machine speed and flexibility affecting the global system productivity. The machines selected for the material handling departments have following features:

Commissioner

This is a vertical storing system of totes and cartons that offers high performance and an optimal quality/price ratio.

It is a compact warehouse ideal to be installed, either in its single or multiple version, in a production line or in a order consolidation line.

The use of Commissioner makes easier the management of picking activities by lot or by scheduled sequence.

Spectra B

Spectra T
