Antara SPIN

Antara SPIN is a production monitoring and control system that integrates all processes (from preparation to winding), for modern and reliable spinning management.

With Antara SPIN it is possible to install on board the machine, different types of terminals connected to the central information system to automate a series of activities. Antara SPIN can, for example, perform spindle-by-spindle control (to highlight the breakages at any stage of the production and any slipping) and directly pilot the roving stopper actuators.

Antara SPIN can also be used to monitor production, stoppage times (subdivided according to type), efficiency, advancement and, if necessary, cost balancing (analysing the variance between estimate and actual).

Antara TEXtelaio

Antara TEX monitors weaving via an interface card, which is inserted into the control panel, which connects the loom to the company's central information system or alternatively via a DAT 70 terminal or DAT RF.

A DAT 70 terminal enables all the job stages to be monitored, as well as to activate dobbies or act on processing parameters by inserting a CAM module in the personal computer.

Antara FIN

Antara FIN, a system designed to calculate the related production costs, answers all the monitoring requirements of finishing departments.

The system can be used via different terminals. The DAT series can support a graphic display, an alphanumerical keyboard and an optical pen or gun for barcode reading and functions as the connection between the various machines in the cycle, inter alia with dedicated cards that can be inserted as interface. There are also simpler models that are capable of meeting a good portion of the requirements.

Nowadays there is a fairly wide range of machines on the market designed for the finishing cycle. For this reason Incas is prepared to carry out a careful analysis of your system to precisely define the type of Antara FIN solution that best meets your specific requirements.

Inty Dye

With Inty Dye, Incas has directed its attention to the requirements of integrated dye works management.

The system handles job management and dyeing cycles, with component recipes, handling dyeing apparatus and colour kitchens.
It also offers the ability to monitor incoming raw material, outgoing dyed products, as well as the programming and management of the work plan.


Easycheck

An integrated, modular IT system for optimising the control, cutting and packaging of textiles.
controlloDesigned to operate by single piece number or production job, Easycheck is ideal both for companies that operate with a complete cycle (with raw pieces and finished fabric control), and for companies that carry out finished product control only.

Easycheck, with its open and configurable architecture, manages the determination of the fabric quality in a customised and dynamic way: tagliofault percentages are interpreted according to parameters associated with the customer or article/customer combination, allowing you to perfect every single quality appraisal.

The Easycheck package is designed to manage all fabric cutting operations via automatic cutting and packing machines, optimising the determination of cutting points. The purpose of the system is to obtain the largest quantity of first grade pieces with the lowest quantity of reject meters.

Easycheck interfaces with the management system (Host) supervising departmental activities. In this way it is possible, starting from the detail of the pieces or the production jobs to be inspected, to immediately receive the results of the checking made by the system.

Integration with the management module also allows you to:
