Thanks to the planned, preventive and corrective maintenance on site and on centre, and to our web-based services and the remote call assistance, a team of our technicians is available to our customers to ensure a level of customer care that has enabled constant growth. Our call centre is available to our customers to guarantee an assistance service and specialised support that permits maximum operativeness.

A selected group of technicians is at our customers' disposal for support on the use of the systems and to resolve any problems whether of a hardware or software nature.
