The diffusion of the Windows-family operating systems has resulted in the simplification of software installation and distribution procedures, but even this simplicity does not automatically go hand-in-hand with management economy when the network increases its complexity or size, both in terms of geography as well as in terms of the number of users. Very often the lack of planning in a structure or documentation translates into a loss of productivity on the part of the user, inflexibility which shows itself when the implementation of new functions is required or difficulty in identifying the causes of problems at the time when they occur. Incas makes the experience that it has obtained over the years in relation to Microsoft operating systems available to its customers, supplying excellent support in planning and constructing a manageable network structure.

The available services are:

System planning

Choice of hardware and software according to the needs, definition and method of distribution of the services, planning the TCP/IP protocol as regards planning of the direction, routing, name resolution services. Planning backups and fault tolerance systems, disaster recovery procedures.
