Easystor is the Incas Group’s operative management system for the optimisation of warehouse logistic activities.

WMS with open and configurable architecture allows a dynamic management of storing allocations capable of minimising loading and unloading routes: a real-time checking of the warehouse situation makes picking activities easier and allows for a direct control over the orders in progress. The main operative functions are available on batch or radio-frequency terminals.

The connection to the Company Management System is envisaged, a rigorous supervisor of warehouse activities: the details of the incoming goods and the lists of the material to be picked are transferred to the department system to obtain from EasyStor data on the warehouse movements executed in order to keep the stock accounting adjustment.

The EASYSTOR main modules are directly integrated with the software of packaging line management, production and transport management.

Standard Architecture

EASYSTOR is a modular and open structured application: it is easy to configure (even by the user) and it naturally adapts itself to the most widespread operative realities.

It consists of a central nucleus of independent software components (Businness layer), which directly interact with the database layer thus allowing a computerised management of all warehouse transactions: such nucleus supports the interactive procedures (G.U.I. layer – only for WIN version) as well as the interfaces with the peripheral devices. They are correctly selected from the library programs or in case can be customised according to the user specific requirements.

Easystor user interface complies with the AS/400 or Microsoft® Windows ® standards: all the available programs use the same graphics and the same management keys. This guarantees rapid learning of the operators that can immediately use the main functions interacting with the system in a simple and intuitive way.

Verticalisation

Even if it can potentially fit any warehouse reality, EASYSTOR has been vertically structured for some applications whose requirements are hardly compatible with other more typical situation.

EASYSTOR.DOC

The package “documentary” version allows for an integrated management of documentary archives of different nature. Its classification structure, which can be completely customised, makes it a versatile and powerful instrument for document archiving and traceability.
It is available only on Windows platform.

EASYSTOR.TEX

The “Tex” version of EasyStor is particularly suitable for sectors that are directly or indirectly connected to the textile industry, including clothing and fashion.
These realities involve pieces, cones, packed or hung up garments: there are multiple field databases (for ex. by no. / kg / mt / mq), terminologies specific of the sector.

EASYSTOR.LOG

The Logistics in general, especially in the food sector (dry, fresh and cold) has very particular needs that are covered by the “Log” version of EasyStor package.

Briefly, the verticalised package for logistics has the following features:

• parameterizable operative logistics by single client
• management of goods on track
• traceability by lot/serial number as provided for by law
• total integration with Delsy suite (transport planning, tariff listing, means, volumes..)
• simplified user interface for food industry: management of situations connected to weight loss/expiry date/ shelf life..

Graphic interface (web)

The EASYSTOR package conforms itself to the times and takes on the appellation of “mobile”: all warehouse management functions can be used by means of wireless devices based on Internet standard protocols.

The User interface is improved: the great benefit of the new WEB Exhibit Interface, similar to the classic “client” version as far as the searching methods are concerned, is that it can be used through any Internet Browser, without requiring the installation of other software packages on the PC.

The new WEB masks are available also in condensed version and are selectable through the new radio graphic terminals, or more generally, on any hand held terminals or pocket pc with Window CE operative system.
