Amplifon is the primary Italian company for hearing aid solutions, holding 9% of the world market. Amplifon has reorganised its logistics activities with particular focus on the central warehouse in Italy. In collaboration with Incas, all manually managed processes have been redirected, involving many resources in the effort. This led to the implementation of automated solutions which improved the operation efficiency.
